Finally got to take a couple of runs in this weekend. I went home from UNH for thanksgiving break and, was able to get some turns in. Props to the guys up at Cannon Mountain for making some high quality snow for opening weekend. It felt great to get the boards beneath my feet again. I took a few easy free skiing runs on friday morning, followed by a couple basic drills in the afternoon to start to get the form pieced back together. Its amazing how quickly it comes back to you after being off snow for months! Saturday was too crowded so I did some quick drills and free runs in the am then called it a day. It would be a huge bummer to get hurt running into somebody on opening weekend. Huge thanks to Cannon Mountain for their support, skiing wouldn't the same without some good cannon snow! Also bought the first couple tickets for the season this weekend, heading to steamboat on christmas, and off to europe on January 6th. GET STOKED TO SKI!!!!
